Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By checking the box "I consent to the processing of personal data," the User confirms that they:

1. Consent to Maddness LLC (INN: 9701085591, KPP: 770101001, OGRN: 1177746897888, OKPO: 19287240, legal address: 101990, Moscow, Maroseyka St., 3/13, bldg. 1, office 56, floor 3) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) processing their personal data.
2. The personal data for which processing consent is given:
   • last name, first name, patronymic (if provided);
   • email address, phone number;
   • account data (login, password);
   • information voluntarily placed in the profile (e.g., date of birth, profile photo, delivery address);
   • technical information: IP address, browser and device information, cookies and similar technologies;
   • information about actions within the service (pages visited, usage history, clicks, etc.).
3. Purposes of personal data processing:
   • creating and maintaining a user account;
   • personalizing the profile;
   • organizing the training process and providing Platform services;
   • communication and sending notifications (including service and informational messages);
   • supporting payment transactions;
   • ensuring security and protecting the Platform and its users;
   • analytics and improving the quality of the service;
   • complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. Actions performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, depersonalization, transfer (including granting access to authorized employees and contractors of the Operator), blocking, deletion, destruction.
5. Methods of processing: using automation tools and without using such tools, in information systems and on paper. The processing and storage of personal data is carried out exclusively on servers located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
6. Validity period of consent: from the moment it is provided until the purposes of processing are achieved or until the User withdraws consent. The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time by sending a notification to the Operator's address: 101990, Moscow, Maroseyka St., 3/13, bldg. 1, office 56, floor 3, or via email to: support@unlete.com.
7. The User confirms that they have familiarized themselves with the Privacy Policy and the Rules for the Processing of Personal Data of Maddness LLC and have been notified of their rights under Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
